CARRIE Bickmore, host of The Project, has confirmed off her superb determine on the duvet of this month’s Women’s Health journal.

The mother-of-two says she tries to train 5 occasions every week and sticks to a nutritious diet.

“I walk most days, I run and on the weekend I do a pilates class. I’ve just started CrossFit, too, which has been fun,” Bickmore, 36, advised Women’s Health.

“I like the high intensity. I’m not good at things that are too slow. I’ve found a KX pilates studio, which uses weights, so it’s fast,” she stated.

“Some weeks I get five workouts in, some only three. But I’m quite relaxed about it and my weeks are pretty active no matter what I’m doing.”

Bickmore, who went viral with her well-known Logies speech about mind most cancers final yr, retains her food plan fairly clear.

“I usually have yoghurt and muesli or porridge for breakfast. Then I’ll have a coffee mid-morning and a wrap or sushi for lunch,” she stated.

“On The Project we’ve got dips, hummus, carrots, celery and crackers, then as soon as I get residence it’s dinner.

“I’m trying to add more fish to my diet. I love food and cooking. We’ve got lots of fruits and vegies in the house and the majority of our eating habits are really good, but when we want to eat something yummy, we’ll have it.”

Women’s Health says Bickmore’s physique has not been Photoshopped — these abs are 100 per cent actual.

“There have been no modifications to Carrie’s physique for this month’s cowl of Women’s Health,” editor Jacqui Mooney advised information.com.au.

“And seeing her in person at the cover shoot in Melbourne, I can honestly tell you she looks this amazing in real life,” Ms Mooney stated.
