Clean and Lean Bread Recipe

Ingredients

chopped pink onion (non-compulsory)
sprig of rosemary (non-compulsory)

Dry elements
128g coconut flour
128g floor flaxseed
128g pumpkin seeds
384g almond flour
32g poppy seeds
32g sesame seeds
7.5g baking powder
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
three thyme sprigs
three rosemary sprigs
three tablespoons psyllium husk (optionally available)

Wet elements
75g coconut oil, melted
5 eggs
156g rice milk
three tablespoons apple cider vinegar
192g blended tofu

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fuel mark four. Grease a 23x12x7cm loaf tin.
  2. Mix all of the dry elements collectively in a bowl. Mix the moist components collectively in a separate bowl. Add the dry combine to the moist combination.
  3. Pour the combination into the greased tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Layer the pink onion and rosemary on prime of the bread (if utilizing) and return to the oven for an additional 10–15 minutes.
